A castle cake for a little princess.  The interior is a vanilla pan di spagna with pastry cream, covered in buttercream and fondant.  The two large towers are chocolate muffins I stacked one on top of the other with buttercream.  I initially wanted to use ice cream cones for the towers but I ran out so I ended up making them out of sugar paste, which resulted into shorter towers but cute just the same.
