These are the cupcakes that were placed on the gold cupcake base I previously showed you. What I am most proud about these cupcakes is that I was so pressed with time to get them done the same day of the event they were going to, that I had no time to search through recipes. Therefore, I totally improvised and made up my own recipes and flavours! I’m not sure what qualifies to be a pastry chef.. but I’m definitely feeling like one after that! And they were all delicious. I have to admit I took a major risk, but I felt confident enough I could do it!
