Fuchsia! What a difficult color to obtain! Especially for macarons! After many trials and error, I finally got it! What helped most was using a good quality food grade color in powder form. A request for a wedding this weekend, fuchsia macarons with an almond buttercream, and white macarons with a strawberry-almond white chocolate ganache filling. These ones are pink, as you’ve guessed.. they were part of the trial runs going for fuschia! Now setting off to make 800 for Saturday!
