A small sinful dessert. Fluffy vanilla whipped cream in a meringue nest, topped with a strawberry in jelly.

A Mini mouse cake, filled with chocolate devil’s food cake, strawberry buttercream and whipped chocolate ganache, decorated with homemade rolled fondant.

My true first go at piping!

Blue and white mcarons with almond and pistachio buttercream.

Meringue drops in different pastel colours, a great cone filler for the kids.

This is the first cake of 2011. A wintery cake with snowflakes and gold pearls. The interior is chocolate devil’s food with whipped milk chocolate ganache. Sprinkled with edible snow.
